On November 12th, Czech Chamber of Comerce in Shanghai holded webinar “Joint Expansion from Vietnam to China” is the next webinar from the serie Czech talks.
Our speaker was Tomáš Svoboda, is Country Manager for Vietnam for Cekindo. He talked about his experience moving and working in Vietnam. He presented us the advantages and disadvantages of expat life in Vietnam. We talked about the business opportunities in Vietnam, how to set up a company in there and Tomáš shared few case studies as well, so we could see what could be the struggles while starting business in Vietnam and how to solve it.
We talked about opportunities in Vietnam for foreigners. Vietnam opened for foreign investements only 25 years ago so currently there are many opportunities to expand and scale businesses in most of the business areas. Beside business opportunities you can see very rapidly growing cities and appreciate the local support of foreign entrepreneurs community. However there are some negatives such as language barriers or cultural mindest difficulties.
